Awesome place
Would stay there for every time i go to samui. Best spot great way to meet new people, parties drinking all night long, close to soi green mango for nightlife.

Right In the Heart Of the Action
Like everywhere I have stayed, staff were friendly and room was clean.
i would recommend that this hotel is for the younger traveler, with friends or singles. It's lively and right on the beach. My room was VERY close to the bar/restaurant so there was always noise (not to mention the construction work right next door). I couldn't complain because I always travel with ear plugs and eye mask so the noise didn't really keep me awake or anything.
food in the restaurant was really good and always quick service. Recommend to those mentioned. It's right in the heart of Cheaweng Beach, amongst loads of bars and places to eat. Go to Solo Bar (right across the road), it has cheap cocktails in happy hour & pumping tunes with additional entertainment.

A Party Resort
Great resort for the young at heart. Music booms at the beach all the time and it makes you want to relax and have good fun. Food, drinks are great and well priced , you don't have to go out much If you are fussy with espresso , latte , it is pretty average here, hope they will install a better machine soon.
Service has actually improved since the last time I came, staff are more relaxed and friendly.
Room is cleaned very well but you need to hang the clean room sign or they will think you prefer your room not to be cleaned. Tip is to leave a tip and be polite when you can because the locals are pretty hard working and polite whilst we get pampered all the time.

Fantastic!
Very clean and friendly staff. Great night life, however if you get a room closer to the bar the music stays on til late and hard to sleep. Right in centre of town and on beach. Definately stay here if you want to have fun!
It's a party hotel!
Great Ibiza style house music between 2 pm and 2 am... it gets louder by the hour. Not a place for those that want a quiet vacation. The Thai food in the restaurant was the best out of all the places we tried while in Samui.
Fun in Samui - recommended
Samui great place to visit - Very happy with choice of resort - Arc bar is where its at. Never a dull moment. Great atmosphere for all.. Wouldnt recommend it for a romantic getaway. If you you like the hustle and bustle with a beautiful setting then Arc bar is the right place to stay.

Hotel staff fantastic, people super friendly and ready to please. Rooms very clean although we stayed in Arc Bar 4(Newest Section) - Room 4008 - 2nd floor is recommended for more privacy.

Reception staff were polite and efficient and rooms were well maintained, clean and had an excellent shower and Wi-Fi worked. Roger who I think was in charge of front-of-house had good English, was knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast menu was fine but food always served cold. A lively hotel right in the centre of things but we were not bothered at all by noise in the evening.

Daytime noise level was fine, but the evening too loud. Still a friendly place to stay, but definatley for the 18-30's
We are a family of 4 my...
We are a family of 4 my husband two daughters ( 18 and 22 years old )and me. We have realy enjoyed our stay at ark bar beach hotel. It's located in the heart of chaweng beach and everything is going on there. The service is very good value for money. The only thing i would change is that in the bathrooms we had only 1 big towel each. I would have liked to have at least 1 small one per room and also some toiletry stuff.
The staff at the 7 seas restaurant was very kind and helpful.
The best thing, everything is at walking distance.
Sure i will come back if i can.
i have been to samui before but...
i have been to samui before but let me tell you that everytime i go back there i will be staying at this hotel. the location is central to all the shopping and nightlife and my room was a 20 metre walk to the beach.
the room was very good and was at a good price.
i defenitly recomed staying at the ark bar beach club hotel.
i am personally going to email then to thank them for my time there.
