Desastrous !!
This is a typical rip-off. Nice pictures, quite interesting rates (200USD per night for peak season) but once there... unbelievable. We managed to get the so called Penthouse on top of the residence.
The villas are old, the path ways deteriorated, the swimming pool looks like an army training tank from the soviet times...
The rooms are old, smelly, the furniture has passed best before date 30 years ago..
Never, never again. We had a booking for 5 nights, we cancelled after 1 night...

Secluded Luxury
We had an unbelievably great few days here. Staff very friendly, scenery amazing, rooms are really nice. Definitely will recommend!
Bad Experience
Small hotel with not alot to offer. After the power cut off there were no back up generators so we were left with No power, No air con, No hot water, No restaurant for 3days, we travelled into Chaweng Beach to eat everyday. We were still charged full rate, no compensation. The only positive the room was clean.
ok, but nothing special
Very friendly and helpful stuff.
Rooms are very big, quite new renovated, but lack little bit quality in detail.
The floor drain in bathroom was not working and there was water running out from the shower, so we had always a wet floor there.
The beach in front of the hotel is not good for swimming, not even at high tide.
Swimming-pool was nice, not too big but quiet deep.
