Improvement
Room air-cond was not adjustable. Maybe it was spoilt, and we sweat the whole night on night One.

Reception staff speaks good English and are helpfull, but their local knowledge is really bad and they are not able to help out much with questions in that category. The wifi only works good in the lobby and the main air con system is really noisy.
Rooms look nice and the olacement of the hotel is good. Great even if you rent a bike to get around. If they fix the air con so it's less noisy, I'd stay there again.

We stayed here for 10 days while staying in Koh Samui... The hotel was very clean with everything you need for a lovely holiday!
The staff were very friendly & helpful & took care of all of our needs!
Would definately stay here again!!
