Nice resort and good location. No joint...
Nice resort and good location. No joint swimming pool. Beach was okay, but swimming is not spectacular at this spot. Restaurant has very nice view but they are slow and the breakfast was not so good. Friendly personnel and a peacefull place to stay.

the location is so good. we live...
the location is so good. we live in here for three nights. we often have the walking along the beach at the afternoon. and the beach is quiet,just the wave close to us.
for at most ten minutes,we can walk to the famous restaurant'the kind crab '.and not far from here ,there is many restaurants,bars on the beach,sometime is quiet and sometimes is crazy.
and also ,for 20 minutes ,we can walk to the small commodities street.
and the hotel,if you like this style,you will not have any complain.the frog,the squirrel is all around you . the environment is so lovely.
the way from beach to the cottage,all have the street lights.it's safty. we can see the starlights on the mountain from the beach.
and at last but not the lease,the stuff in the cabana is so enthusiasm and cute.sometime they will make fun to you ,and if they see you on the way to the hotel out side,they will pick you up actively .
everything in cabana is so satisfied.
Stayed in what was called the honeymoon...
Stayed in what was called the honeymoon suite, this was just like most rooms just on the edge with a bit more privacy. The room, the view and location were fantastic. The white sands rooms are also excellent. The whole resort is fantastic. The crickets/bugs at times can get to a deafening volume...really! But you cant really blame the hotel. You could snorkle from some rocks that were just a few seconds walk from our room. My only problems with the resort were I had 2 mosquito nests outside/on my bungalow which were obvious and should have been got rid of, i made no complaint but shouldnt have to.
And secondly the restaurant...for the quality of the resort it was below average. Very friendly but slow (on the 1st night even though i ordered first my wife was on desserts when i hadnt even had my starter!) and the food is a bit hit and miss (more miss) Its in a nice setting and gives you high hopes but sadly it feels unorganised and lacking quality.
That said if (and i hope i do) i go to koh tao again i would definetely look into staying again.

This is a very beautiful resort (one of the best for Koh tao).
A few points can be disappointing, the breakfast is very light (you hare right to one cup of coffee or tea) but this seems to be the standard on the island.
The outside shower is great but you have to accommodate with the mosquitoes.
I am a diver and I had to get the boat at 06h30 in the morning (if you really want to see something in the water you have to leave early), at this time the restaurant is not yet open for breakfast but I could get a breakfast packet every evening.
The staff is friendly. This was a pleasant stay
