Room for improvement
Beautiful hotel and view. However, it is not easy to reach and far away from restaurants and "things to do" on koh tao. It is on a hill, so it is hard work to get to the restaurant/reception. The beach is still a bit of a walk. It is not a nice beach and you have to cross a very crummy bridge to get there. There is no internet in the room available, eventhough this was advertised.
The hotel personnel was very kind, but incapable. We got the wrong room and although we confirmed we are with 3 people, they did not have an extra bed for us. Eventually we got only a matras. In the restaurant you wait a long time to get the menu and sometimes you do not get what you have ordered. We booked for 5 nights, but stayed only one. In the taxi to another hotel, there were three other families who were also leaving because of the lack of service.
