This is one of the worst hotels...
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
Rooms in the bungalow were rather old, had a strong damp wood smell, airconditioning was not powerful, the bathroom was also quite old.
Hotel service - was poor compared to many hotels I have stayed in. I found that the hotel is not friendly as they charge for a bucket of ice and also for borrowing beach towels. I feel the hotel should not be charging for a bucket of ice and moreover if they want hotel guests not to use the pool towel or room towel for the beach, the beach towel should be provided on complimentary.
Breakfast spread was not great, not many varieties and could do some improvement in terms of food quality.
I had a problem with the hotel when I booked for my transfer from hotel to airport, the staff forgot to arrange it.
The only good thing I found was that the location of the hotel is good as its close to the beach and shops.
I will only recommend to stay at the deluxe rooms and not the bungalow, it could improve with some renovation.
