We were staying in Pavilion in the...
We were staying in Pavilion in the end of April 2006 in a seaview room. Sommarizing, I would like to admit that the hotel makes his overall good impression. The rooms are very nice, type of "Versace decò" style, clean and comfortable. The only problem is the service, not always speaking/understanding english and a bit careless (especially in the poolbar area). Nice place to stay, if you are willing to explore nice restaurants and spa's around Krabi, also because the prices in the hotel are quite high in respect to the others around the city.

We stayed in a deluxe room, very clean, at top floor. View to the sea fantastic. Staff very friendly. The hotel is very calm, but close to restaurants and beach. the tuk tuk is cheap, 20 baht each person per way. A good 3-star hotel.

We stayed in a suite, and were happy with this and with the overall decor and layout of the hotel. Service in every area was poor; we got the impression the hotel might be used for training new staff. Currently there are major building sites right next to the hotel, on both sides and below it, spoiling the outlook and creating a lot of noise.

View was nice. Rooms were clean....
View was nice. Rooms were clean. Swing on patio/balcony was a favourite. Breakfast was good. Service at the pool should be improved because there was no staff to take orders and food took too long to be served. Dinner was excellent but more expensive than surrounding restaurants. It was much further than the 250 m to beach as was advertised since it was closer to one mile. The taxi ride was fun to get to the beach. I would rate this hotel a 3-star.

we stayed at this hotel over last...
we stayed at this hotel over last new year, having read some of the other reviews I though I would add mine. The hotel is quite nice and the staff are indeed very friendly, the problems are as follows to few staff it seemed that they only had about 10! For instance no waiter service by pool you would have to go to bar and order food etc then it would be brought to your sun lounger and yes they did expect a tip for this. Also to few sun loungers and to few towels provided, these always ran out! The rooms were nice but things were not great for instance slippers that were provided had been warn before, did not dare touch them. As i said its not a terrible place but its not 5 star.

I was staying in this beautiful and...
I was staying in this beautiful and charming hotel last year in christmas and new year, I like it so much so I am going back 27 december for 10 days. Here is very good service and very nice place to stay if you want to relax. I rekommend the spa, the rooms are very charming and a big bathroom.

Definitely a hotel I can recommend for...
Definitely a hotel I can recommend for spending some relaxing days in the south of Thailand ! Beautiful , spacious rooms with "huge" bathrooms. Roof top restaurant with breathtaking view. Sunbathing possible at the 3-level swimming pool. Friendly staff and wonderful Spa . Truly excellent value for your money !
