My fiancee and I have enjoyed ourselves very much at Pavilion Queens Bay. Right from the front desk, the receptionist was polite, explaining about the hotel and the room in details to us. The room was fantastic, we liked the bath room, the bed and of course, the balcony, especially the swing. Next to the facilities, we enjoyed our swim at the 3-tier swimming pool. We also had our 15 mins complimentary massage at the spa, thanks to the hotel.
However, there is always room for improvements. It will be better if there are more lightening at the poolside and it will also be good if the pool can extend their operating hours to 10pm, instead of 8pm. Breakfast menu can be more exciting by having speciality of the week or some different countries' specialities.
In general, our stay was great. We would defintely choose Pavilion Queens Bay for our next visit to Krabi.
