The Maritime Park And Spa resort is a 2 km from Krabi town. The shuttle only runs 4 times a day and not at dinner time, otherwise it is a taxi for 100 baht from the hotel or you walk. The pool was nice though currently being renovated. There is little to do at the hotel except for the spa and the pool. The lagoon that they advertise for canoeing is the runoff from the sewage treatment facility. The rooms are decent and clean and they have a mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast is buffet style though I have had better.
Love it 5 star plus to the hotel. Room is clean and marvelous surrounded by the mountain. Price is resonable. Very romantic place to stay. I also enjoyed the spa, try Thai touch. Food also very good. I will be back again.
Nice location near Krabi town and easy access to the island. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, speak fluent English. Room is clean and marvelous to see the mountain and very peaceful. Spa also very nice, I recommended Thai touch spa for two hours, it is worth it for your money. Breakfast has many selection. Just try it you will love it. I just came back and would love to go back again. If you plan to stay longer time, don't forget to ask the special package.
I'm recently just came back from Krabi. Highly recommended to stay Maritime Park and Spa resort. Good location near Krabi town and also easy access to the island. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and fluent speaking Engling. If you plan to stay longer, request the discount price. Spa is very nice, try Thai touch is worth it for you. Breakfast also very good , many selection. The room also clean and you can see the mountain and enjoy the nature. Very relaxing, just try it you willl love it too.
My stay at the hotel is satisfactory. We find that going to the city from the hotel is not so convenient, especially during the off schedule time, we had to pay 50 baht per head for a 2km distance is quite expensive compare to the taxi service in Singapore. The spa facility and standard of spa service is not up to standard and also not cheap as compare to Phuket.
It's the fourth consecutive year that I return, in August, in Meritime. This time I'was quite disappointed. My room was old, furniture broken, air con was non working. Really overprized. This hotel really need renovation and a better politic with old guests. I'll never return.

The Maritime Park & spa resort is the very nice hotel with the beautiful spa.
The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated at the land mark of Krabi town, only 2 minutes to krabi town where we can experience the lifestyle of the krabi people. Stay at the Maritime and buy the optional tours offers to explore Krabi both by both and bus. It is indeed the center of all the activities in Krabi. The room rates, is very reasonable. How are we stay at the very deluxe hotel with only this price, incredible aren't it.
I do strongly recommend Maritime to all the visitors to Krabi.
Hotel is fine with beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. My wife tried SPA massage: nice place and good massage. Rooms instead sometimes are good and sometimes not so fine. Service is good and the staff is friendly. Breackfast is good.

Overall, we were very pleased with the Krabi Meritime. We were somewhat disappointed, however, with the food, and specifically with dinner. Breakfast was always excellent, but we had dinner at the hotel once, and we weren't very impressed with anything we ordered. Especially considering the price, it seems that the dinner cuisine could use some improvement. Yes, I would stay at the hotel again, and I would recommend it to others.
A beautiful site, with lovely rooms and nice grounds. Restaurant facilities were a bit limited, but this may be due to the season not having fully got underway. The free shuttle to Krabi town could do with being more frequent, or at least providing a return later than 20:15.
