The service there is superb! Staff are friendly, environment is nice and breakfast is acceptable. I think the best of all is the bathroom in the hotel room. It has this peek-a-boo view, which is a unique feature that could be rarely found in hotels. I would rate this hotel as one of those for couples, whether young or old. The only unpleasant experience that I had was during checking out.
I was requesting for a invoice/receipt from this only staff at the reception counter in the early morning. Unfortunately, he could not understand English well and we have a hard time communicating to each other. In the end, our cab driver came and assisted to translate. As the staff was not the usual receptionist, he was not able to produce an invoice/receipt to me. Finally, I left the hotel without getting my invoice/receipt. So, I suppose the hotel management needs to take a second look at refining their administration process.
