Opened in January 2006, the Krabi Tropical Beach Resort, formerly known as K.T. Bay Resort, is one of the few resorts with direct beach access in the area of Ao Nang and Ao Namao. Located in private and quiet surroundings, the hotel shares the entire beach with only one other eco resort. All 15 units are suited to young families as well as couples and friends. Rooms come equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar and ironing kit. The hotel has a salt-treated swimming pool, wi-fi access and a tour desk that can book guests in for diving, snorkelling, kayaking, rafting, elephant and horseback riding, rock climbing, mountain biking, Thai cooking classes as well as pampering massages. no restraunt when i was there, is only knock. a little removed, but i like it that way. nice staff great pool, walk to ao anamao boat dock to riley, and other islands, quick cheap transport to local
