Even though we were advised that there...
Even though we were advised that there was building work occuring behind the hotel it did not spoil our time there in any way.
The rooms seemed newly built and had loverly balconies. Clean, tidy and smart looking. The breakfast was ideal. The selection was ideal and all the food was clean and fresh.
The price of the hotel during our stay was a bargin for what we got and the short work to the beach was no problem.

Guess it is relatively expensive for what it is, but the room was new, good size and comfortable with a good balcony and bathroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there is building work on an adjacent plot this is not an issue evening or night.
Pool cleaned daily and walk to beach not a problem.

We were very happy with this hotel. Only 5 minute walk from beautiful Railay beach. The buffet breakfast was very average. Rooms great. Good for families too as we had 4 to a room. Beautiful pool. Stunning backdrop. Would recommend this hotel and would return again. However walk to beach from hotel not lit up at night and lots of rubbish piled up on outskirts of hotel. overall very happy though

The hotel is nice, but not more than that.
if i have to summarize, it isn't worth the price you pay for it.
The room is big, and quite good, but the bathroom is very poor, and also the maintenance and the attention to all the small details.
Breakfast is also not a big success. The pool is very nice, just the fact they don't have any parasols, so you get burn from staying all day in the sun...(again, no attention to the small details...)
