I especially thanks to front-desk staff (Ms Wan/One) for her hospitality & excellent service rendered to us. The hotel was not full so they allowed late checkout till 6pm with a condition that is to book their spa package. So we did & they offered a 10% discount for all their Spa/Massage with free use of Jacuzzi pool & herbal steam room for hotel guests. We got Villa 7, which I think was not pleasing. Outside bathroom + bathtub was not well maintain, room was okay but not too satisfied. Free hotel car ride to Ao Nang beach. Breakfast was simple American style. If you like nature, you will love this place,it's a different style from the usual hotels.

Our stay in Krabi was made perfect by such a wonderful hotel and its staff. In fact I dont think we could have asked for a more friendly and helpful group of people. The room was large and romantic the only thing letting it down slightly was the outdoor bathroom. The shower was more of a tripping tap than a constant flow of water. But non the less we were very happy with our stay there. The value of it is amazing and definitely would go back there.

The staff at the Resort are very friendly, they give the best service.My De-Luxe villa was not available, but I was given another room. This place can be recommended for young strong people, steep climing stairs, very small pool, no restaurant, very poor breakfast.
I will change my next stay in Krabi to Dusit Rajawadee.

First of all, would like to suggest...
First of all, would like to suggest asiarooms to have a 'personal request' section to key in guest request.
We booked 2 Villas in Tropical Herbal Spa. Requested at the reception area that we would like to have Villa 7 and Villa 5 but was rejected. Due to all other Villas are fully booked and most are on long stay, we're allocated Villa 4 & 3.
Room - Generally small. bout 15sqm. Not well mantain. Villa 4, there's lots of dead insects at the top of my four posture bed muslim cloth cover! Probably more than 30 of them inclusive of a few moth! Very disgusting... Villa 3 is okie. List of things like lemongrass spray n bath salts are not given in both unit as listed in all the websites. Felt cheated.
Bathroom - The most dirty i've come across. With lots of dead leaves, dead insects, and even cob webs! Cob webs all around the shower head n even the figurines display on the vanity basin. Dissapointing. Villa 3 bathroom is outdoor, so shower wif the rain...Gotta carry an umbrella in order to use the toilet. Dividers in the bathroom are all mouldy n spoilt wif all the black moss around it making disgusting.
Facilities - Acceptable level. Forest environment is calming and beautiful.
F&B - Breakfast, very few choice but sufficient. Being prepared by a lady that makes u feel like home cooked breakfast! Food quality is 4/5. Reasonably priced.
Service - Top Notch! Private car transfer to Ao Nang and Norparatthara beach. Staffs will try their best to accomodate ur request. Lots of smiles.
Overall, I do not recommend this resort for asians.
