My family and I enjoyed a three-day stay at your hotel. The stay it self was perfect, so we decided to trust your travel agency to book our bustrip back to bangkok.
Just before we left the hotel we asked the staff to dublecheck the bus standard. It was very important to us since we were travelling with two small children. And everything was fine they assured us.
We were picked up at the hotel, and here after the problems started. We were put on a bus, not to Bangkok, but to surat tani. Here we were put on a bus to Bangkok, and while we were sleeping the buscompany went through all of our bags and robbed us of everything of value.
When we were kicked of the bus i Bangkok -not knowing of the robbery-, we were left with 300 bath and two children.
At the policestation we met other people from the bus, who also had been robbed. The police refused to help us even though we had the licensplate on the bus.
It seemed very organised from one end to another, and we were surprised that on one would help us, and that something like that could happen when we used the travelagency at the hotel.
Next stop is of course tourist police.
