Bad communications by hotel staff.
Requested for a down-grade as the room booked was too big for one person but was not told that the price will not be adjusted accordingly.
No room cleaning throughout stay of 4 days.

An excellent hotel to relax and get...
An excellent hotel to relax and get away from it all. Breakfast buffet could do with using better quality meats but overall great value for money and excellent staff
