Average experience
We are family of 3 who stayed in one of the pool access rooms for 4D3N. Overall, the staff are friendly and very prompt in their services eg when we ask for more towels and to clean up the balcony which was dirty when we check-in on the first day. The room is rather spacious: has a King-size bed, day bed and it can still fit in a baby cot. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower area. But the shower head is faulty in the shower area. The bed is not so comfy as I can feel the spring in the mattress.
They have their own in-house massage which you can choose to have your massage in your room too. The price is similar to the ones in Aonang town. One of their massage therapists was very good. As of their breakfast, they have very very limited variety. We skipped the last 2 days of the breakfast. When we booked the hotel, airport transfer was not included so we had to pay 1200 baht for a 2-way airport transfer.
We feel that we will not return to stay in this hotel again.
