great stay

stayed for 2 nights and would highly recomend this hotel, the rooms were a nice size and very clean, staff were very friendly which in asia isnt always the case. only downside was its location which is a good 20 min walk from the beach/centre but on the bright side means the hotel is quiet at night, also had a problem finding the hotel, on asia room it came up titti aonang which left a few of the locals with a blank face its actualy called titti guesthouse, overall a bargin and very good room.

excellent !

I stayed in Titti hotel 9 nighs, The hotel is very nice and clean, the owners are Italian man and his Thai wife. Both are very friendly and honest people, they are very helpfull. They help me to rent a scooter less than 10 minutes. The hotel is in nice location, close to shops, and post office at the corner, and near to restaruant. The beach is about 5 minutes by scooter or you can walk 20 minutes, or just get a tuk-tuk for 40 baht. I Highly Recommend hotel, If you want a good hotel at Ao Nang, you found it by Titti hotel.

If you're looking for a good nights sleep

I stayed here only 1 night, but I did manage to get a look at Krabi for that night before heading to the ferry.
Good points:
*Honest room (TV, shower room, fridge)
*Friendly staff
*By a 7/11
Bad points
*A 20 minute walk to the main shopping area and resturants
*Staff didn't help much with booking the ferry
*Ferry booking office by the bay and picked up from the hotel
If you want a good nights sleep, stay here. If you're looking for drinks/parties dont.

The place is nice and the service...

The place is nice and the service is very good, family run. Although they did have a domestic one of the nights we were there and they wouldn't cook us Thai food, Though, it was Songkran and everybody deserve's a day off! and a drink now and then!!.

We had some difficulties locating the hotel...

We had some difficulties locating the hotel as our driver (and the few locals he asked) was not very familiar with it. Later we found out that it was because the hotel was relatively new. However, the location of the hotel is good and only about 5mins by scooter away from the pier - which made our booking of ferry tickets to Koh Phi Phi highly convenient. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are very clean and the furniture is well-maintained. Most importantly, the toilet is very clean and basic amenities like shower gel & soap were provided. We were also given complimentary breakfast. The couple (pastry chef from Rome & his Thai wife) running the hotel are extremely friendly, warm and helpful. We wanted to rent a scooter to get around Krabi and they helped us procure a scooter within the hour. Overall, it was a very good experience and definitely a good stay. This a one hotel that gives more value than the amount I paid for the room. Will definitely return to stay at Titti Ao Nang the next time I return to Krabi. :)
