This is not four star
This hotel is not at all as described, it is not within walking distance to the beach, you must pay the hotel for a taxi.
Customer service is almost non-existent, room facilities do not include tea and coffee making facilities
, hairdryer, glasses, tissues, or any form of hotel information.
Our shower had soap scum and residue from a previous guest and the shower curtain was so dirty it really could stand up by it's self, dust and hair were again left from previous guests on the dressing table.
Breakfast was so bad, that we ate out at a small, but friendly restaurant around the corner.
Swimming pool staff watching t.v., they should have been attending to a pool, that has an algae problem, as the jacuzzi is quite green.
This really is a Fawlty Towers experience, do not be fooled into thinking, as we did, that as a four star hotel it could not possibly be as bad, it can!!
If you do stay here leave the hotel by the main entrance, turn right, then take the first turning left, here you will find a small convenience store and next door a cafe/tour office, called Oho Tours, Paki will cook you a superb lunch/ breakfast and Lorenzo is a fountain of knowledge, fantastic at arranging various tours and accommodation at brilliant prices ( oho tour@live.com)

I was there during Nee Years eve. The place looked pretty, but the service didn't measure. The room was ok for the value, but a bit too small. It was also too noisy, I could hear the neighbors as the were locking their door (literally when they put their key on the key hole). So if you are trying to get a restful sleep, this is not the place. The location is ok as long as you rent a motrocycle or a car. If you rely on the staff to arrange car service or tuk tuk, you have to wait a long time. That' s what I encountered when I was arranging to a taxi to the airport. I had to wait over an hour. Maybe during low season the place is better.
