Aonang Nagapura Resort & Spa, Krabi  

We were very disappointed by the location of this hotel/resort but most importantly was the lack of service we received. It was an absolute waste of money, they did not speak nor understand a word of english. we stayed in one of the private pool villas and even a simple can we please have some toilet paper they did not understand and we had to go into the front desk and show them tissues and another time they sent a plumber. Asking for soap they did not understand either. It is disappointing to pay money for accommodation that states is located near a beach but is a 15 or so minute walk. Our villa was stunning with the private pool however there is no lights outside for you to be able to use anything at night, it kind of feels like your stranded in a park. there are also a lot of works going on next to and in the accommodation, were the workman dont stop working and drilling until 1am and again wake you up from the noise at 6am. They do not have a full buffet breakfast, you can only order eggs to be brought out, they do not understand different brands of tea such as (english breakfast tea), and you cannot ask for extra bacon as they say you have to pay more. Very disappointing indeed, i would not recommend any family or friends to ever stay at this accommodation due the non-speaking english of the staff.
