Nice hotel. Disappointing staff.
Hotel and room was very nice. The staff however were rude and could maybe speak 2 words of English between the which was very frustrating. Breakfast was not that good and the same every morning. There was 2 guy waiters who were very nice though always smiling and made sure you had everything.

Boon Siam Hotel Krabi
1. difficult to find the hotel location
2. front office staff can't speak english & not helpful
3. got to pay for extra pillow
4. no kettle & mini bar in the room
5. my car was hit & run at the hotel parking
I will never ever come back to this hotel again
