Very friendly staff.
However, the housekeeping guys seemed quite reluctant to replenish daily supplies. Drinking water and toiletries wouldn't be stocked unless reminded.
Quality of room was slightly below expectation (probably my expectation was on the higher side :) No mirror in the room.
Choice of breakfast was limited.
Despite this, the hotel has a friendly air about it and the smiling staff more than make up for the minor glitches.
It's a compact, family-friendly resort, suitable for a short break.

Hotel Location:
Not Rowdy at all. Peaceful, Serene, Green Surroundings. Almost perfect as it's accessible to the shops, eating places (both restaurants & street stalls) & walking distance to the beach.
Hotel Room:
Double Deluxe Rooms -G2 (KING size bed) & G3 (2 TWIN beds)
Air conditioned room with Marble flooring, Bay Sofa by the Window bay (for G2 room), Open concept wardrobe + safebox. Welcomed by towels laid on the bed wrapped into "elephants" (G2 room while "ribbons" for the G3 room.
(+) High Speed Wi-fi access, Decent accommodation with resort feel, Privacy, Clean, Green & Cosy (orange wall backdrop with the rest in white & raw hard rock concept)
(-) The platform of the bed is made of hard rock that may cause bumps, toilet got a bit funny smell but still clean overall. The door (by key lock not card access) is not really secure (there's a lil gap on top allowing air con to escape & allow insects to come into the room.
Breakfast:
Mini buffet style. Very little choice. There's pork & bacon to accompany the fried rice/noodles. The only "Halal" food available is only bread & cereal & upon request, can order eggs (omelette/fried/hard boiled)
Overall, it's a beautiful accomodation. Would appreciate the room better if there's aromatherapy kind like fragrance. No place to hang wet clothings is a problem. Would be nice if they cld provide mosquito coil as Mosquitoes is a problem. Sideline, i was shocked to see a medium sized monitor lizard one morning outside my doorstep that i get my hubby to slowly open the door first b4 going out. Was glad we didnt get the Double Deluxe Cliff View room as we surveyed at night as it's too dark overseeing "forested" areas..more insects like mosquitoes esp.

Excellent stay at this paradise resort
We booked 2 standard rooms for 3 night in April 2012, travelling with a young girl of 1 year old, this was a very pleasant stay.
The hotel is well located, minutes from the beach, and the environment is nice, with its garden and the view of the cliff.
The rooms are quite small, but very clean and convenient. The fact that the resort is build on a slope make the architecture of the room not perfect, with the terrace, the bedroom and the bathroom on different levels, which requires some step to reach each part of the room, this is not a big problem, but a bit inconvenient for us with our baby that we cannot let roaming freely in the room because of those steps, and also the door between the bedroom and bathroom that do not remain close easily.
This is not a big hotel, but yet has a buffet breakfast, which we enjoyed a lot. as such, it does not provide the kind a variety one can find in big resorts, but I was already more than satisfied as the dishes change everyday, and we always have a choice of bread/jam, salad, fruit, pancakes, cereals, eggs. Some of the main dishes we had were fried rice, hor fun, chicken with cashew nuts, spring rolls...
Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth handling of any of our request and needs. They even have a shuttle to bring us near the beach (even though it's quite near, it has been useful when we planned a full day at the beach, with all our equipment to carry).
They also have a swimming pool, which is quite small, but of great use to refresh after our day trip.

Pleasant stay
The hotel is superb. It is clean and cost and value for money.
Our balcony was facing the cliff and it is very beautiful in the morning.
If you are a nature lover you will definitely love this small resort.
Tho it's 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The only thing that is disappointing is the reception is not 24hrs.
But overall it was a splendid stay.
A Beautiful Hotel
This is a lovely hotel at the quiet end of all the action, yet only a 5-7 min walk to the beach.
The rooms are a good size and contemporarily decorated and the beds are quite comfortable.
The pool is large enough to cool off in and the bar is a comfortable place to meet up in the evening.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Tooked away hard to find on what...
Tooked away hard to find on what seemed to been off a main street. Cant fault the service its Thailand after all. They cant do enough to help. The room could have been a bit bigger. It felt small and bare especially the bathroom. For the price great though. The shallets could have had less windows, i felt i was been watched all the time. Nice enough. Probably would go back but i think i went the wrong time of year. Wet wet wet wet and a bit too quite.
