- Receptionists don't speak a lot in englisch
- Hotel not climated - only room
- pool very dirty - water with seaweed, floor sticky and never cleaned
- Breakfast with dry toast
- bedsheet with sperm?

- refridgerator was disconnected - so it was very hot - the water inside too
- dirt everywhere (walls, floor, bathing tube,...)
- very short toilet - espacially for men
- oversea calls not possible from room
- WLAN didn't work the second night
- mirror in bathroom only for children (I saw only my breast)

We had booked a deluxe room for one night. It was a huge disspointment: the floor was dirty, the furniture old and cracked and there was a dead cockroach and a spider in the toilet. We complained and asked for a better room, they gave us the suite, which was ok, but we had to pay 400 B extra. The suite was huge and cleaner, but still had an old look and the toilet could have been much better.
I would only recommend this hotel if you choose the suite, which is not expensive for western standards but in my opinion overpriced for Thailand, especially in a small city like this.

The room was past its best and in need of renovation, but the staff were very friendly and helpful and a couple of problems were quickly sorted out. Location was good and overall the stay was pleasant.
