The hotel is located in a very nice place, very close to Khao Yai National Park. We were upgraded to a pool villa and it was fantastic. Every thing was perfect in the room and staff was extremely helpful.
It is quite isolated and good if you want just to relax and enjoy the place.
Prices are quite high but it is what you can expect in a luxury hotel.
We are living in Bangkok and will go back any time we have the opportunity.

Upon checking in, we found hairs by the tub surround and another stuck on the side of the wall close to the mirror. Some areas of the tub and the floor are discolored by soap scum which needed to be scrubbed, rather than just wiping down. Walls in the room required some paint touch ups, and the drapes by the bathroom window overlooking the beds required to be washed. The bathroom looked "tired". However, the service was excellent. The grounds are mesmerizing.
The location was not convenient for anything except going into Khao Yai. The hotel charged about 2,350 Baht for a return journey just to the town Pak Chong. Otherwise, there are no other means of transportation as the hotel is located in a rather remote part away from town.
The restuarant serves a mixed of European flair and Thai ecclectic. The Kirimaya Chicken is Chicken Cordon Blu. It was tough and the fries were al-dente.
However, the Thai cuisine was exquisite and so far better than many top notch restuarants in Bangkok!!!
The Exceutive Chef was very receptive to our constructive feedback. We are confident that he is going to make the in-house restuarants in Kirimaya, world class. Will return to Kirimaya and look forward to dining in his restaurants.
With few changes, Kirimaya can reach the service and product level of world class resort hotel.

Fairly new medium size boutique outfit. Brilliant for a nice retreat from the city. Completely enveloped in serene greenery with no man made eyesores for miles. Top notch hospitality. Superb breakfast selection. Rooms a tad small but tastefully furnished with a nice open air balcony with day bed. I suggest a room on the second floor (there are only 2 storeys). Its best feature i.e. its extreme isolation and tranquility may turn out to be its biggest negative. So make sure you have your own transport. Beyond that, this is a slice of heaven on earth.

week only a few players.in the room you can hear your
nabor VERY GOOD. they promised to change this situation. For us no reason to book horizon-room.the
pool is a joke ( 50-70 cm deep !!! ). If you want to
play golf and use the spa for 2-3 nights ( not on
weekend ) a wonderful location with perfect climate
only 2 hours from bangkok.

The only problem with this wonderful hotel was the the thin walls - you can hear conversations in the neighbouring rooms. The staff were fantastic!

This place is beautiful! A bit costly for Thailand but we had a great time. The air was fresh, a nice break from Bangkok. Facilities were amazing and golf was spectacular.

A beautiful setting and the view of the mountains is fabulous. The room on the top floor (plantation view)is the best as it gives more privacy. The food was a bit pricey and quite average but the service was excellent.
The buffet breakfast was very good with a choice of western and asian food.
This place is perfect for those seeking tranquility but it is handy to have a car if you wish to explore the region.
