Arriving to the hotel, and no bellboy around to help you with your luggage. At the reception they did not have the reservation and did not know the asiarooms rate. The room was big but very basic. No minibar, just an empty fridge. No safe. Well, basically there was nothing at all. A room service button on the phone but no menu in the room and nobody speaks English on the phone. Dirty bathroom and toilette. Swimming pool looks nice but the water was very turbid. Just 5 sunbeds and no umbrellas. Pool bar with no service. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it takes ages for them to get you a taxi. 4 stars rating from Asia rooms is a joke, 2 star max. It should be called Hermitage hotel and convention centre instead of spa and resort.
