all is good except the soundproofing of wall. u can hear ur next door neighbour talking.
I love it
Good, clean and silent, location is good
Not quite what we expected, very disappointed.
Room was very small and not what we seen on the internet when booking our room. Our 'Deluxe' room balcony backed onto wall of next building - so not quite a view. End of hotel near swimming pool, so we got the continual noise from what seemed to be the pool pump, vibrating through our room. Booked non-smoking room, arrival was told fully booked, only room left was smoking, so stench from cigarettes was almost unbearable. Had a suite available would upgrade us at a cost of another $2200baht/night - disappointed they didn't offer a better rate, might have taken it - checked suite, def not worth rate. Requested extra bed for daughter, only walking distance around bed, clearly not enough room, daughter ended up sleeping on alcove squabs by window instead (at least they didn't charge us another $900 baht for another rollaway bed I guess although in my booking had requested confirmation of charge but they didn't reply). Had to ask for more towels, toilet paper etc, got 1 tiny sized round soap per day for 3 people. On arrival tried make a cup of tea, found cups still dirty from previous people, cleaners idea to resolve, was to take cups over to the room next door she was currently cleaning and rinse them in the bathroom - hubby watching was not impressed. Only reason we stayed in the end was because we would have been charged 1x night for cancellation - on top of trying to find another place to stay. Location was ohk, opposite beach, midway point, down side alley, night market below in courtyard area. Hotel overpriced for the quality of the room. Dark rooms, dark hallways. Accommodation in Phuket was like 5star quality for same price which included buffet breakfast. Interesting to see the mini bar and snacks on offer included a pkt of condoms (tacky). Duvet cover on bed had a tear/hole on top, clearly visible. Floors needed cleaning - white socks soon became quite black and dirty. Wouldn't stay again or recommend I'm sorry to say. Was a downer to holiday.

Great location, near to clubs and activities in the area. Very new hotel, clean, good service as well
Great Stay, great value for money
Hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Pattaya city centre, next to a large shopping centre. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent, as were the rooms. Night time can be a little noisy if on the courtyard side of the hotel...but it is the centre of bustling Pattaya so that is expected.
Highly recommend this hotel, it is great value for money, and the location is the best.

Great location,walking distance to all Pattaya attractions,Beach,Walking street,malls/shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Accommodation/room great just a room, would not class as a Resort, no area to sit enjoy or unwind/relax by a pool as expected by a Resort.
Very good location, close to Pattaya beach, Walking Street and Royal Garden mall. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Really nice place and friendly staff. Free wifi provided but username and password renewed everyday. A hassle but still acceptable. No riding of motobike to hotel front door after 5pm coz of night market, which is understable. Otherwise it's really value for money, nice clean boutique hotel. If you are lucky, you may get room with bathtub.
