Hotel "ok", but you can find better for that price
Hotel is not so close to the beach: but you can take the free shuttle. Price is actually expensive, considering the other hotels avaialble. The pictures look nice, but the hotel in fact is somewhat run down. Not so clean, not so modern. Old furniture and old bathroom fittings. The cleaning team does not do a good job. Staff is correct, although less friendly than in other parts of Thailand.
Our stay in family room of Citin loft Pattaya was wonderful. Both rooms were neat & clean,artisically designed with kitechnett &a nice living room. Its location is a big advantage being close to market as wellas Pattaya beach.Staff was courteous & helpful.
Brakefast needs improvements especially for vegetarians. Restaurant staff wasnot able to understand english making it more difficult for vegetarians to enquire.
Overall a good return for money.
Fantastic room, contemporary layout, absolutely delightful staff...not very decent neighbourhood but great value for money. Quiet location...loved my stay and for sure will be back. Staff was extremely helpful on my arrival..very unusual to find most of the staff proficient in English..thanks everyone
This was my seventh stay and it is getting better.
The night receptionist went out of his way to help me trace my lost baggage, which eventually arrived within 24 hours of my arrival.
The shuffle hotel taxi driver also went out his way to find me a pharmacy that sold scruthes and also took me several times to the hospital due to my illness.

Stay was good, probably location wise best for India tourists - indian food right opposite this hotel. Staff is good but the break-fast need improvement - over all, Good experience.
Evrey thing was nice for the family,accessibility to shopping malls , beach ,hypermarkets ,Restaurents. swiming pool almost in shade ,no direct sun most of the time. Breakfast fair ,the only problem you face is the low water pressure you get when showering and the time you wait to have hot water to the shower.
My first impression when I entered the room was negative. Though very big not cosy at all. A few other details: Wardrobe much to small, bathroom smell-I bought an air freshener-most of the time cold water, in general equipment was out of date. Needs a big renovation in my view. And why do I need a bathtub when there is a shower? And often it's not hygienic at all. My advice is: buy a few plastic tableclothes to add some freshness and colour in this room and it is a lot better. Breakfast is on the moderate side as well. Shuttleservice to 2nd Rd was ok. For this price however there are better hotels. I would not stay in Pattaya in this hotel next time.
Stayed in Citin Loft for 2 weeks, nice location, big rooms, friendly staff, 10 min walk to walking street, good value for money, the only thing it was missing was an outside swimming pool, however it does have a very small covered one.
