Why stay in a high-rise hotel when you can stay in a darling Thai beach house? More than 40 years ago, our father purchased the 10 Rai (4 acres) of oceanfront land on Dongtan Beach, South of Pattaya, Thailand. This is now the home of Rabbit Resort Pattaya, a quaint and charming boutique resort, featuring lovely Thai-style bungalows.
As owners, we had a choice to either build a high-rise structure or maintain our treasured Thai-style cottages, where our guests could stay and relax in style and comfort. Naturally, we chose to build a wonderful Thai village, with only 49 forest rooms/houses. Extensive emphasis was placed upon the lush flowering gardens, incorporating two stunning, free form ‘Rabbit Pools’. No expense was spared throughout the resort, in order to offer the best environmentally conscious development.
