The hotel location was acsactly as wee...
The hotel location was acsactly as wee new. The garden the pool, beach and the golfcors was the main things wee wanted.The breacfast was the best wee aver had in Thailand and it was a +++. We miss a balcony , but we get the garden. next year we maybee take a suite because th furnituer was on good. The cervice was exelen, and te hotel has atmosfer (good). Regards A.Tø.

If I didn't knew better, I would...
If I didn't knew better, I would think I stayed on a hotel in Russia, because Russian guests dominate the hotel in remarkable way. I was told, that 80 procent of all the guests was Russian send I big groups and of course to a cheaper price, that we individuel travellers payed. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Russian guests, who behave well, but I wonder, why Asia Hotel allow one nationality to be so dominated. I would have wrote exactly the same, if it has been 80 procent Danish guests or another Nationality. Anyway it is a wonderful hotel with hight standard, great service and a fantastic location with great swimmingpool, own beautiful beach and big garden. Better to stay at Asia Hotel a little outside Pattaya, than in noisy Pattaya City.

My wife and myself have been using...
My wife and myself have been using the Asia Pattaya Hotel for at least one holiday a year (sometimes twice a year) since 1998. Since this time, the hotel has upgraded it's rooms as in our opinion is excellent value for money. If like ourselves, one of you is a sun worshiper and one a golfer, then this is an idea place to base yourself. All the staff, both at the hotel and down on the beach (although the beach staff are not connected to the hotel) are excellent and it's like returning to a 2nd home each time we arrive. They all do their best to ensure that you don't forget that you are in the "land of smiles" ! Just one word of warning, the seasons are lasting a little bit longer than when we started going and the rainy season seems to continue now until at least the 1st week of November (unpredictable storms), however they don't last for long, a couple of hours at the most. We will be returning once again in 2006 and look forward to meeting up with all the staff and the many friends that we have made that also holiday at the Asia Pattaya on a regular basis. Thank you to all the staff at the Asia for the last 7 years service.

I have stayed at the Asia several...
I have stayed at the Asia several times and I am returning once again in february. It is a great value for money with great staff that go beyond the call of duty to make sure your stay is enjoyable. There are plenty of local bars if you do not want to venture into town and the food in these bars are second to none

This hotel is a very nice and clean. The breakfast is really good and i enjoed that place. Hope everyone know the Asian hotel in pattaya is a way to go. Art from USA.

If you are looking for a non-sleazy...
If you are looking for a non-sleazy holiday in Pattaya then I recommend the Asia Pattaya. It is a 100baht/ 5 minute taxi ride away from the main strip so is far enough away to be quiet and out of it but easily accessible if you get brave and do venture into the main resort. It backs onto the beach although only tourists swim there, no locals (and I always do as the locals do as there is usually a good reason). They have a great garden with proper Thai massages available during the day. The bathroom had a strange smell to it and there were long black hairs on some of the furniture (definately not mine) which was a little off putting. Still for the price its a great place to stay and a very relaxing time can be had.

We stayed at Asia for several nights...
We stayed at Asia for several nights in October 2005. It was not my first hotel choice, but my desired hotels had no rooms available. Check-in and check-out were fast; I was very impressed. The staffs were friendly, the surrounding areas were beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever eaten in Thailand, and I had visited Thailand many times. Then again, it is possible that I was starving because dinner was not that great. We had booked a room with a gulf view but were given a room facing the golf area. What a scam. The room was relatively simple but big. There was no in-room safe. It had one spare electrical outlet in the room; we had to purchase a 6-plug power bar in order to charge our mobile phones and power my laptop at the same time. There was a mini-bar, and two bottles of drinking water were provided free daily. There were ants in our room, and so we had to be careful about leaving food out in the open. As for the private beach, it was shared by Cabbages and Condoms hotel and perhaps a few smaller hotels. The beach area directly facing Asia was unusable; we had to walk about a minute further to the area near Cabbages and Condoms. On the plus side, the Asia provided beach/pool towels. The hotel was quite a distant away from the center of Pattaya. Each way to the main shopping and entertainment area would cost us 100 baht. Overall, if in Pattaya again, we will not stay at this hotel even though the staffs were quite friendly but we did not get a room that we had expected.

This was to be my first visit...
This was to be my first visit to Thailand so i didnt know what to expect from the Hotels. I was very happy with the hotel and i found it very comfortable and the staff very friendly and eager to assist. I was very suprised as well to find out that there was a beach on the door step, so in the morning i could go for a swim forget the pool i have the ocean. I know that some people might be worried as it is not in the center of town but dont worry it only takes about 10 mins if that by taxi and cost as little as 50 bath. I know that i shall be returning.
