The room size was okay, but furniture...
The room size was okay, but furniture are all old. Bathroom was dirty, spotted webs in the corners, no toothbrush.

Like so many hotels in Thailand, this was once a very well appointed hotel with good facilities. Now desperately in need of renovation and modernisation, neverthless this is a really good value budget hotel. For the price, the hotel is more than adequate. Only major concern was that in the room I was initally allocated I was kept awake all night (i.e. until 6 a.m.!!!) by the thud, thud, thud of music coming from nearby clubs. I then moved to a room with a mountain view (rather than a sea view) and the noise was far less noticeable. Insist on a room with a mountain view!

This hotel was very cheap and was...
This hotel was very cheap and was really well located. Just a short walk to the `attraction` of Pattaya, but far enough away that it was not noisey or sleazy. Wouls highly recomend this hotel

The hotel located at other end of...
The hotel located at other end of the walking street, very inconvienience to go out and back to hotel, the entrance of the hotel is invisible front the main road, if not the returned guest, very difficult to find the entrance. Room guest enter to the room will charge 400TB per pax.even temporatly visit.this is my first experience of this hotel rule in thailand. it make me out of budget to stay here again.i think only in thailand or........? there must be reason, but no one tell us.

Its a real good hotel for the price you have to pay. friendly staff and helpfull I had a real big room but it needed a painting. with a little color it should be more nice. General I was happy to stay in this hotel. Victor Engelen

The room is spacious but rather old....
The room is spacious but rather old. I checked in at late afternoon closer to evening, when we arrived the room was not ready yet, the house keeping was about to clean up the room, we have to wait for nearly an hour for the room. We requested 4 rooms for queen size bed but they only gave us one room with queen size bed, the rest were with 2 single bed.

The one thing that is expected out...
The one thing that is expected out of each and every hotel whether a 3 star or a 5 star is a friendly reception and that is the department in which this hotel completely lacks. From the doorman to most of the receptionists there was a scorn rather then a smile which was sort of uncalled for. There knowledge of services was very limited. The hot water was sort of seasonal with the hotel and had to complain twice about it. However the spa in the hotel was very comforting and I used the services with utmost satisfaction. Personally i would not be staying here another time and however short ur budget is am sure u can find better places then this one.
