The hotel is good value for the price, my room was clean, a good size.and location is handy,overall the hotel looks tired and in need of a refirb, breakfast was o.k. and the buffet dinner good value .I would go again.
This was my third visit to the Baiyoke hotel in Pattaya. The hotel is simple and provides the basic amenities, and is priced just right. The location is also perfect. Close to all the happening spots and beaches and midway to Jomtien. And at the same time quiet and away from the bustle and noise. Which makes it perfect for budget travellers and families. Will definitely stay again.
The rooms were clean and pretty good size. The location is perfect for those that wants to get away from all the night life (open bars, etc.). It's really hard to catch the song teo (cheap truck) once the Walking Street open up for foot traffic only.

In general the hotel is ok, but....The carpet in the room was very dirty and old and made the room smell bad. Very weak aircon and no temperature control. The breakfast buffet was good.

Everything was good about the hotel, its proximity to the main area, its location, staff was cooperative and cleanliness was ok, the only thing it was the rooms were not very lively and also it lack facilities like limited channels in the T.v, no ice, and the water was not hot in the bathroom and also add more lightrs in the room.

First comment : This hotel is not smoking. I tell with the manager and he change my room for smoking the room is not good because they are more noise, music next this hotel bar or discothèque 9:00 pm until 9:00 am. It very difficult to sleeping in my room because more noise. I sliping 3 or 4 hours for 1 night. we must to call the governor to stop the music at 2:00 pm.
Second comment : When a come another in Pattaya I don t take this hotel, but another. Thank you very mutch.
