Asked for early book in and late...
Asked for early book in and late check out,however on arrival(18 hours travelling),was told no room avalible and could I return in 5 hours.This was 9 am on a red hot Sunday morning,still wearing traveling clothes etc etc.WONDERFUL START!!Eventually told only twin,smoking room avalible-exactly the opposite of my booking.
Stay.Ok, but forget using the pool unless you rise at 6am and place your towel on the small number of beds.
On checking out,although asking for late check out,at last minute told sorry you have to be out by 12 noon.I then requested to book for a futher night but told hotel full-strange when the whole of Pattaya was quiet.Due to this I had to spend 13 hours in Bangkok airport before mega journey.
The reception staff do nothing to help,however,room staff etc. were very good. Try Armari Orchid that was far better and cheaper.
