Although I was not keen on Pattaya...
Although I was not keen on Pattaya itself, i think the service and the people at the Marriot was the best I have come across on my travels. I would therefore recommend the Marriot Pattaya resort as the place to stay. The Marriott Resort And Spa is linked to the plaza which means its very convenient and ideal for couples and families.

My wife and me had an enjoyable...
My wife and me had an enjoyable two night stays in Nov '05. The hotel room was clean and nice. Only thing was the TV in our room, certain channels reception were pretty poor. Excellent locaion. Next to walking street, shopping plaza and Pattaya beach. But the beach chairs were too close to each other... so we preferred to stay relax at the beautiful pool side of the hotel. The hotel staffs were friendly. Definitely, next time would like to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were very comfortable and the view good but would have been better on a higher floor. Breakfast spread was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location to beach and shops. 2nd stay. Will return.

We had wonderful vacation in Pattaya Marriott. The hotel defenately exceeded our expectations althouth they were high. Room was very nice with the balcony overviewing a fantastic garden and pool area. Roomservice - quick, high quality. All employees are english-speaking, very friendly and ready to help. Hotel Spa is an unforgettable experience. Fitness center has everything for an effective workout. Marriott is a tranquil paradise in the center of Pattaya. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay in the Mariott....
We enjoyed the stay in the Mariott. Its central location in Pattaya connected to one of the best shopping malls, as well as the nice pool, pool restaurant & poolbar. All staff spoke English and were extremely nice to us. The Garden Cafe not only has good and large breakfast buffet, but also very nice Lunch buffet as well as delicious dishes on the "à la carte" menu.

Just spent 10 days at the Marriot...
Just spent 10 days at the Marriot Pattaya and am returning for another 15 days in July! Absolutely first class , as already stated the staff are perfic!
