Great value for money. I never thought...
Great value for money. I never thought that I would be able to get such a fantastic place to stay at this price. All rooms are sea facing. I recommend one should opt for higher floor rooms - the view is excellent. Facilities are great - swimming pool, gymn etc. The breakfast is excellent.

My most recommendation point is that we...
My most recommendation point is that we can see the sea from all rooms. Breakfast while we look at a garden is wonderful. You may enjoy a resort feeling to the full.

Bathroom need upgrade. IE remove and replace...
Bathroom need upgrade. IE remove and replace grout and some fittings. Main room is good size. Grounds and facilities are excellent. Service is excellent. Food is excellent. Wine is expensive as are most hotels. Location is the best. Right in the middle of Pattaya in easy walking distance of all features, shops and supermarkets but far enough from the entertainment area that is does not intrude.

Could'nt really fault our 6 night stay...
Could'nt really fault our 6 night stay in Feb 2006, just glad that we did'nt stay next door at The Hard Rock, we could just about hear their music noise from around the pool which must have been deafening in there.

Shows signs of age. Especially the bathrooms need renovations. breakfast buffet is good, but Thai don't know how to fry potatoes. Room bar charges are extortionate.

Our stay was absolutely exquisite... way beyond our expectations.... from the reception down to smallest details of cleanliness, hospitality, service and more, we cannot thank the staff enough for their friendliness, politeness, service with a smile,and attention to detail to make our stay so pleasant.... the food was out of the ordinary.... we've travelled far and wide and NEVER saw such creative display of the freshest food as we saw at your various Buffets...... our stay at the Montien was so memorable and we thank the Thai people for making it so memorable..... sorry it is so far from our home in Pennsylvania, USA.Mr. and Mrs. Allan Pooler

Montien Pattaya room classification is very confusing...
Montien Pattaya room classification is very confusing superior/standard/executive superior. I booked a superior room which was very basic and infact had to upgrade to 'delux' which is not included in your list however I assume that is meant to be standard!!!!! Very confusing and ultimately very expensive for me.
