excellent hotel friendly helpfull staff not enough facillities for disabled could do with a ramp leading up to the hotel and walk in wet rooms but on the whole a wonderful stay
I HAVE STAYED AT THE SUNBEAM 6 TIME .THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD ,BAT WE HAD COCKROACH IN THE BATHROOM,AND ROOM. I WILL MOST LIKELY STAY AT THE SUNBEAM AGAIN.
We loved the hotel, the only negative comment we could make was that the lighting, while very romantic was inadequate for reading in bed. We were impressed with cleanliness, furnishings and maintenance. The best value for money and quality for us in south east Asia. Would definately recommend to anyone.
Really nicely refurbished in modern style and has good facilities. If you don't mind being in the centre of the red light area, then this is great value.
Could do with better soundproofing of rooms, and halls look like they'll be refurbished next.
A new hotel being built next door means it will be noisy during daytime.
Location close to beach and entertainment - in an interesting lane!
Bit noisy at night.
Hotel staff were great - friendly, and co-opeerative, and provided great service.
