This was my 4th stay at the Sunbeam Hotel and my choice was right again. The rooms were more than adequate, the Service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I will more than likely use the Hotel again and can fully recomend it.

The hotel is pretty fine. I stayed in Deluxe room and it was good value for money. The room was clean, yet a bit smelly, but there was nothing to complain, really. The location is in the middle of the action. Might not be suitable if you look for some place quieter.

My stay in Sunbeam Hotel is short...
My stay in Sunbeam Hotel is short because initially I was not planning to stay at Pattaya. The hotel is 5mins away from the beach and about 20mins away from the walking street. Location is good and value for money, ideal for budget travellers. The overall standard and cleanliness of the hotel is very good, receptionist is helpful and the pool is very nice with a poolside bar! I would certainly recommend my friends to stay there in the future.

I wished it was closer to the...
I wished it was closer to the Royal Plaza. A bit long distance to walk to WALKING STREET, but on the whole, convenient shops all over. Nice breakfast & cheerful staff.

I have stayed at deluxe room for...
I have stayed at deluxe room for 3 nights, it's was very good room. In the same time my friends stayed at standart room it's was shabby! the break fast could be better if they will serve chicken (fow) too. Nice hotel and good location.
