I have stayed in both a standard and a deluxe room. The only differences is the decorations in the room. A deluxe certainly a better option, double the price but a cleaner and compfy room.
It locates between Soi 7 - Soi 8, where its is right in the middle of the night life, bars everywhere, ideal stay for sinlges (men haha). Not quite for families or couples.
Staff were friendly, specially securitiy guards! Front desks(females) are abit blunts, no smiles on their face.. House keepings are good, efficient with laundry.
No joiner fees if you insist that you are staying in a double room or you should notice them in advance or check-in, otherwise they may try to charge you 300 baht.
They are in the process of renovations, lots of ants around on level 5 standard room. But while I was up on the level 11 deluxe room, no ants, no insects.
Nice pleasant stay.
