keep improving of cleanliness and all facility such as the water (hot water was not running normally - very little - ), but all in all this hotel is absolutely good choice for budget travellers.
I've stayed 3 different times, and it has been a very comforatable an enjoyable experiance every time. The staff is courtious and just all around refreshing. I would absolutely recommend this place to a bachelour, or couple. It's affordable and very convienently located right in the middle of everything. I'm planninng on staying here again the next vacation I'm on.

Absolutely horrendous. The sheets were stained and the bath towels ripped. The room smelt bad and e carpets reeked of a stench so bad it gave me a headache. No hairdryer in the toilet. There was a balcony but it was absolutely useless cos the air con generators are placed there. And by the way, the temperature regulator does not work so you might just freeze up in the room in the middle of the night. Room walls are paper thin you could hear the couple's excitement next door through the night. Hotel is located near the beach and many sleazy pubs and bars. The only redeeming feature is probably the wide TV channel selection. No way will I go back to this place ever again, and if I may add, the hotel standard is not worth half the price they charge.
This has got to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The carpets are dirty and smelly, the bedsheets stained, bath towels old and ripped. The air con control isn't working and the room is perpetually freezing. Also, the walls are so thin you could hear the ruckus going on in the next room in the middle of the night. The "balcony" is of no use at all since the air con generator sits right there, anyway there wasn't much of a view from the room. The redeeming features is the TV with lots of international channels. But with no doubts, I am not ever returning to this hotel ever again.
Lovely hotel, smile and be patient with the desk staff and you will be rewarded, go for a delux room with a sea view as its worth it, only problem or annoyance for me was always being nearly run down by the traffic using soi 8, admittedly it is only a one way street, but when you have had a bit to drink walking on the very edge of the road can be a bit hazardous.
The location of the hotel put you right in the middle of the action. Everything is in walking distance so there is really no need for . The breakfast was fresh and worth waking up for. Only thing I didn't like was, having to pay extra 300 baht per person per day if you want visitor in your room, very uncalled for.
I stay at good select this hotel one night only. Staff is good salutation. Front of desk staff, cleaning staff, swimmig staff and parking staff. Guest is normal. Room is normal. Not special.
