My stay at ThaiGarden was by accident...
My stay at ThaiGarden was by accident and ended up very good for me. I was n a standard room which was clean and decent size. The only drawback is standard rooms r only on the 2nd floor. The service was very good and I noted the staff was always attentive as people arrived for their meals. Location is good, walking distance to a great fitness center and the north pattaya circle. A supermarket is nearby as well. Facilities r clean and well kept. The front checkin staff r very nice and attentive. ThaiGarden also employs a guest service manager which is a great asset to have. The lady is fluent in German and English and upon observation is extremely good at her job as a customer service represenative. She is knowledgeable, patient, and pleasent. I will definitely stay there again upon my next visit
