Service and location were great and the view was fantastic. Room is clean and nicely setup. I enjoyed my stay at the Woodlands resort and will return again.

It is quite good value for money but for a hotel in this category I would have expected more from the room's interior. The outside is very nice. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Woodlands Resort was an extremely pleasant surprise...
Woodlands Resort was an extremely pleasant surprise - even better than what I saw on the website. It is a calm and cosy oasis admist the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but perfectly situated as everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride, be it shopping or the beach front bars. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the swimming pool lovely and inviting.
It is also suitable for families [I was there with two children aged 9 & 11 years old] as the hotel is strict about 'unregistered guests' and thus you and, more importantly, your children, are spared any unseemly behaviour from both the guests and the 'working girls' whom the guests have picked up from the numerous bars of Pattaya and brought back for the night.
There is a good choice of both Eastern & Western food for breakfast. The staff had the right balance between attentiveness and politeness without being over effusive. They were also very efficient. The Reception staff even recharged my mobile phone for me!
I would certainly stay at the Woodlands Resort again and highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Pattaya. Excellent value for money but with all the benefits of a top class hotel.

I stayed for four nights in october and found very good hotel, staff polite and prompt. Breakfast good but suggest to add more local fruits. Rooms spacious very clean however the bathroom had no bidet suggest douche tap to be attached. Thankyou asia rooms very good value for money. I will stay again when i next visit Pattaya.

The Woodland is a very good place to stay, we stayed in a deluxe room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Beautifull lobby, bar, garden. The breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all! Woodland is good for honeymood. I will stay here again for the next time visit Pattaya.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed a the woodlands resort and it is as good as ever. Freindly efficient staff, good clean rooms with all facilities and even though there was extensive renovation of the old section going on, it was very good

The Woodlands Resort is beautiful and very comfortable. Believe me, its worth every penny you pay. What was a sweet gesture was the mints on our pillows placed in the evening before going to bed. The resort is clean, calm and peaceful. The service was also very pleasant and efficient. If there is a negative - if one may call it - i did miss a cross trainer at the gym and also the option of warm water in the machine at the gym. Otherwise, no complaints. I would recommend the Woodlands resort for sure.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my 3 yrs old daughter from May 15 to May 22nd. We just loved our stay here. The garden and swimming pools are very charming. All the rooms are with balcony and the buildings are surrounded by the trees and plants. The Koala logo everywhere in the resort just excited my 3 yrs old so much all the time. The front desk reception is so efficient, helpful, and friendly. You can make any request to the reception and they will try their best to make guests happy. (For example, I requested no snack bar refilled in my room to keep my daughter away from it, and I have never seen any pack of the chips from the day I request).
The location of the hotel is excellent. Away from the noise, but very easy acess by walk or by car to center Pattaya. 10-15mins walk to Tesco lotus, 10-15mins walk to Wong Amat Beach in the back of the Resort (ask the front desk about it - highly recommended! ). Family mart (24hrs convenient store)just on the side of the resort. 10 mins walk to the Big C shopping center. Less than 10mins Songthaew (pick-up truck) to center Pattaya, and it cost only 10B. This is a very family oriented resort, and I will definately stay in the Woodlands resort again in the future.

I have stayed at the Woodlands resort several times for the past 5 years and things are always improving years after years overthere. In my lat stay (which was great again) I was informed by the managemene that they will start renovating all 80 standard rooms and Garden pool, ohh boy I cannot wait to see that. Will definetaly be back this November after all the renovations are done. Keep up the good work Woodlands, you have a fan!!! John Camilleri - Napoli -
I HAVE STAYED AT THE WOODLANDS RESORT...
I HAVE STAYED AT THE WOODLANDS RESORT FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND HAVE FOUND THIS TO BE A FABULOUS HOTEL. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR THE ONLY THING THAT I COULD FAULT WAS THE COICE OF TV PROGRAMMES FOR THE ENGLISH. USUALLY THERE IS PENTY OF SPORTING PROGRAMMES OR FILMS BUT THIS YEAR THERE WAS NONE. OTHERWISE A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY AS USUAL AND WE WILL STILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.
