The resort is beautiful and really does look like the picture.However, I think it is rather small, esp the pools. Nevertheless, I think it is a great place for family to stay. It is easy to get around and taking Tuk Tuk from the resort is not expensive. For those of you who smoke, don't forget to bring your mosquito repellent,because you can only smoke outside the rooms. And to be honest, the mosquito was really a problem.

"The setting at this hotel is very..."
The setting at this hotel is very peaceful. Our only complaint would be that the electricals in our room where faulty, and at times when you flicked the main switch the room flickered like a
Christmas tree. Otherwise the service was good, room was clean and food by the pool also of a good quality. I had a massage and the staff were great. Whilst there are two pools, we used the smaller one as it was quieter. Had dinner in the Italian restaurant and received excellent food and service. There are a couple of German restaurants across the road, otherwise it seems to be primarily girly bars in the nearby vacinity. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a good walk from the beach, but the peaceful surroundings compensate for this.

This hotel was great to say the least. This had been my second trip to Thailand in the last 8 months and I'm glad I chose this hotel. The location was great (only 10-15 mins
from downtown), the staff members were very friendly and courteous and the facilities were a plus. Although the diner and spa may have been a little more pricy than some of the sites outside the hotel, they were well worrth the price as we didn't want to travel all over the place to find the same type of services. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips...I highly recommed the little bakery (La Baquette) as all the food there was delicious!! If I ever get to make another trip to Thailand, this is definitely where I'll be trying to stay!! Just want to say thank you to all of the staff members for their hospitality and warmth...best wishes always!!

fab hotel in a great location in pattaya,far enough away from the noise but close enough to get to the mayhem that is walking street.lovely clean and comfortable rooms,great staff,lovely setting..will stay here again...many thanks asia rooms for yet again serving me without hastle or worries.....100% recommend asia rooms.com....

Very comfortable, an oasis. The staff are courteous and helpful, always with a smile. The room was very good, swimming pool brilliant and breakfast splendid. The Saturday night buffet dinner was sumptious. Overall a most
pleasant experience. The coffee shop attached to the hotel -'La Baguette'-is an absolute must, the cakes are to die for.

Just stayed at the Woodlands and had a fantastic time. Great location if you want to be close to all of the things happening in Pattaya, but not be stuck in the center. Despite being
on a busy road, was very quite and the staff and service were excellent. Food was good both at breakfast and room service. Before going I read a lot of feedback from reviews and all the postive things were absolutely true, the only negative thing people commented on where the mosquitoes and although you do get them there due to the gardens/water, we did not find them any worse than a lot of other places. The gardens, pools and overall layout are very good and most rooms are a good view. Beds were very comfortable, but bathrooms were a bit small. We were a family of 4 and everbody enjoyed our stay, would reccomend it and would definitely stay there again.

The question is, why the bathroom's window can be opened by outsider only in the room.... fortunately not by other guests :))

"this is our second stay in Woodlands..."
this is our second stay in Woodlands Resort and Hotel Pattaya. The experience is nice as last time we came, the room is big and comfortable, breafast is fabulous! Only minor complaint is that during
these two stays, when we checked in at the counter. The hotel staffs always have ourselves filling out check-in forms. In all of other 4-star or above hotels we stayed in Thailand, everyime the staffs would kindly help us fill out the necessary forms for check-in, all we need to do is provide our passports and then signed. I would recommend the staffs to improve customer experience further by doing this for the guests instead of just standing there and watch. Also, the glasses of the welcome drinks they provided us is kind of dirty.

This was an absolutely great place to have stayed at. The location is convenient. It has the proximity of the facilities without the distractions and the unwanted rush and crowd. I went with my family
and the place was great. Incredible quality of service by the whole staff. Polite, pleasant and most important, very efficient and sensitive to the needs of travellers. The food is great and so is the ambience. By the way, its 50 feet from a money changer that would give you among the best exchange rates in town. If you like Indian food, like we did, there are a ton of indian restaurants on beach road 5 minutes from here. the cream on the cake is the attitude of the folks. wife loved the place and so did the kids ... i would strongly recommend. all this at a good price....
