I miss the Sunshine Garden hotel.My cousins...
I miss the Sunshine Garden hotel.My cousins and I were usually stay at this hotel when we were like 12. All the staffs there are so friendly. They remember us and what we like to have for breakfast! HAHAHA of course! We always have pancake for breakfast, meal after swimming and sometimes dinner. The rooms are really nice and clean. We never have to complain about the service there. I think only one thing is, they charged us too cheap for this service quality. hehehe...
For $15 US, the Sunshine Garden hotel...
For $15 US, the Sunshine Garden hotel was great. The rooms are well kept and very clean. I had a nice balcony with a great view of the pool. The landscaping around the pool we very we manicured. A breakfast buffet was also included in the $15 per night price. The buffet was also tasty and well worth it.
The walk to the beach took about 10-15 minutes. Will need to catch a taxi to get to Walking Street which is about a 10 minute ride.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunshine Garden Hotel.The Hotel is set out so beautifully, plus it was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpfull. I will certainly being staying there again when i next visit Pattaya.

The Sunshine Garden hotel is a very quiet and nice place to stay.it is also clean and and friendly. you can get to many places as shopping center, beaches, good restaurants and many more by feet or take a bus. We spend our vacations there every year and we will by there again the next time we go to Pattaya.

The rooms were very clean, modern, in excelent condition, and the air con was good. I had a small fridge, colour tv, and a balcony that overlooked the garden/pool area. my only complaint was that there was no chair to relax on on the balcony.
The bathrooms were certainly above average, looked new, and the hot water was always available.
The meals were so/so. very standard. They did offer both western and thai food all you can eat buffet, but in my opinion it was all bland in flavour. I prefer the street vendors.
If you rent a motorscooter from a local rental (aprox $3.00-$5.00 CAD per day, depending on model) the hotel does have a very safe and secure area to keep it within the compound of the hotel, next to the entrance.
The location is excellent. it is quiet, yet close to most things. the hotel is located on the north end of the taxi route, so for 10 BAHT you can wave at a small pick-up truck taxi, get on, and travel all the way along the beach to the south end. this makes it very convienient.
The staff did seem disinterested, but i liked that as i really did not want to be spotted and made a fuss of.
I have looked around at prices both in person and on-line, and i am certain you can find cheaper hotels, but you will not find this quality for this price except by booking on-line.
I also suggest their sister hotel "Loma Hotel".

Very simple rooms. For a long stay you haven't any possibility to store your belongings. Staff are unfriendly (or disinteressted) except the room maid (I talk about that woman from the second floor; room 232 etc.). She was as Thai usually are ... very polite(!) ... and her work was OK. Breakfast was a bit poor. The entrance of the hotel was under construction what a good hotel management use to promote their hotel by the guests. As internet user you have bad luck because you already paid the time you expect to stay and when you will leave the hotel before then you lose money. And, a circumstances like any civil works on the hotel won't help you in negotiations. You have to accept! Worse.
