Very very disapointing, what we ordered was not what we got, Hotel staff thought it was more important to answer the telephones than to deal with customers waiting at reception, was told to take what they had to offer, not what we had requested, or leave it and lose our money or pay more.
Pool not children friendly very sharp tiles and stone granite edging, hotel has conference room backing onto the pool serves its food and refreshments, no privecy all 100+ deligates sit watching you in the pool.
Breakfast food also very limited mainly left over food. On a plus must say the security staff were excellent very helpfull, alert and careing a lesson the hotel staff could learn.
