The hotel itself was very nice and...
The hotel itself was very nice and the pool area was large and very clean. We had booked a "Superior New Bungalow" we were a bit disappointed with this, as it was clearly not new, so wasn't what we expected. We thought because they cost more they would be better, if we stayed again we would not book a bungalow but would just stay in a normal room, which looked nicer for less money. But overall our stay was nice and the hotel location was very good.

First impression of the room was good...
First impression of the room was good but the pillows were dirty and the room smelt musty.The hotel provided fresh pillows and pillow cases .The location is quiet down a well lit street.The breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order and a good buffet.The pool area was large and setting good in the tropical gardens. this hotel is used mostly by package tourists from Germany and Scandanavia but represents good value in a quiet location only 5 minutes ride in a jeep to the city centre.

We were staying in a bungalow for...
We were staying in a bungalow for 16 days... It really needed renovation. But the bungalows are situated perfect, infront of the pool and near reseption and restaurant. I cant say the room was worth the money but in the end we reallt enjoyed it. Nice staff, but the hardly understand any english at all....we had problem with room service because they didn't understood what we were ordering... The girls in the reception talk pretty good english. If you are going to sleep in a bungalow ask for the ones with "blue room" because 2 bungalows were renovated and much nicer. The breakfast was nice and the poolbar really nice too. If we have money enough we will maybe come back. ///Denise

The room is dirty,there were some ants on the floor. Old decoration, small pool, poor breakfast. Not stay again.

Dear Sir, We need an open balcony door...
Dear Sir, We need an open balcony door at night,it is forbidden to open the door at night and there is no mosquito-door to protect you from the many mosquitos. The hotel is very good value.

Perfect location, central to beach road and...
Perfect location, central to beach road and various restaaurants but far enough away from the seedy night district. The staff we very friendly and accomadating, nothing was too much trouble. Although our bathroom was outdated and the shower head proved to be a struggle whilst showering, the room was cosy enough and comfortable with the airconditioning provided. The grounds and facilities were beautiful, the pool magnificient, however some days we found it was difficult to secure a banana lounge unless you got up at the crack of dawn before eveyone else. Overall a lovely clean resort and I'd definaltely stay again.

We were given rooms in the old...
We were given rooms in the old part of the resort which were very dilapidated. However, the staff were very helpful and offered better rooms as soon as they became available. The pool was a good size but could do with more frequent cleaning and more sun deck chairs. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm when it was a key attraction of the resort! Breakfast was adequate and could do with some improvement. There were no lifts which presented a problem for my elderly mother though the staff tried to be as helpful as they could. However, the location was great, close to markets, shops, massage places and Tiffanys. Overall good value for money but could do with some renovations.

We had a very good time at...
We had a very good time at your hotel. Good food, friendly staff and clean hotel. 5 min. walk from the beach and the shopping was very good. Some of the staff could not speak English, and you got to have white wine, Irish Coffee or Baily`s if you shall call the place nearby the reseption "Bar" / Restaurant. We stayed 14 days and that was maybe to long in Pattaya.
