Generally disappointed with this hotel. Stayed in a bungalow which was showing signs of age.Some problems with the entry door as it locked us inside of the room a few times. The problem was attended to but not properly corrected while we stayed there. Did not like having glass doors onto both the shower and toilet-little privacy and difficult when sharing with friends. The majority of guests were Thai/European couples so didn't feel that this was as family friendly as I had hoped. Discovered that it was important to get to breakfast at least 45 minutes before conclusion time as food tended to run out each day and breakfast was cleaned away promptly at 10am.
My Stay At Green park was wonderful. The hotel staff were all coorparative and extremly nice. The establishment was kept clean. The restarant servered great food and drinks. The location is convieninet to travel anywere in pattaya. I loved the greanery in the pool area. makes your vacation well worth it. The hotel isnt located in the middle of the city, so there is much peace. I would recomend this hotel to everybody.

This was one of the worse hotel I've stayed in. The rooms I paid for were not available (they allocated them to someone else), then they want additional fees for lower grade rooms.
Front office service is the worse of any hotel to date, rooms are very old, run down (door could not open), food is very average.
Go somewhere else, this is a last resort hotel only.
I had a very good time in pattaya but i did not feel comfortable with the bathroom and receptionist attitue.
The water was realy bad,The receptionist are not realy profestional very cold and not warmly welcome customers....
Before we left green park for bangkok we were waiting for taxi but the taxi we booked was coming late then we need hotel help to called them and they charged us 25 bath.I know it is mean nothing but i fell realy bad,We were stay there and just need them help for a litle thing but they tried to charge us.
Even we inform them that we will be check out 2 hours late but they still charged us 200 baths......
I dont think i would returning back green park again utill the day they change.Thanks
