Great location
This accommodation is in a great location, down the road 1 min walk and your in area where there are plenty of night life, shops & restaurants. Staff are really friendly and help full.
Great family resort - couples get away- singles holiday. Russian based alot of the shops & restaurants are written in Thai & Russian.
Family friendly area but only 10 mins via tuktuk to Pattaya's night life.
The walking street has everything you'll need for a good night out.
There is a trick to Pattays tuk tuks, the Tuk tuk travels around in a big circle. when walking around and they beep at you jump in and get off when you want pay 20baht each travel each person.

The bathrooms could do with updating and they did not look very clean, apart from that, everything else was good, My family and I have stayed there a few times and found that the service, facilities has been good. The one thing that makes it a good place to stay, is the swimming pool

The hotel is great, but i think it's just old. the designed is just old fashion.
it is in great location, just 2 mins walk from the beach. there's a nice local restaurant in front of the hotel. the hotel is very comfortable. makes you wanna stay in bed all day :)
Our stay was nice. Especially children pool...
Our stay was nice. Especially children pool was good, it is big enough for several kids to play. Only sun lounger needs some attention, they are quite used.

The front end staff can come accross...
The front end staff can come accross as sour faced and you need to work at getting a smile from them but they can do it. We had a slight problem with our booking although we originaly booked 7 nights I changed this to 8 nights over 8 weeks ago and the hotel say they had no record of the extra night but after I aranged for a re send on an email all was sorted. The reception staff don't give you the imprestion of wanting to help too much. The hotel is frequented by a lot of middle aged Germans and russian guys with there Thai girlfriends so I would not recomend it to families, I guess that seems to sum up pattaya. We enjoyed our stay overall but I must tell you do not order a caperchino they are the worst i have ever had in my life.
If you have to stay in Pattaya...
If you have to stay in Pattaya and you are not attracted by the low life activities that pervade this city then the Green Park Hotel provides the perfect haven. The hotels quiet location and its predominantly package tour clientel insulate it to a very large extent and it is one of the very few hotels in Pattaya that can be genuinly described as suitable for families. The rooms are comfortable with servicable balconies. The pool and garden area is peaceful, exquisit and expansive. The buffet breakfast is good and varies from day to day. The hotel staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Although the hotel is in a quiet location it is nevertheless very convenient (only a three minute walk) from supermarkets, eateries, bars and banks etc. Overall, the hotel is very good value for money and is highly recommended.

This is my 4th times staying in...
This is my 4th times staying in GreenPark.However,everytime I stayed I found it less attractive me compare to other hotel in Pattaya.The room was humid and smell bad,the reception staffs were non-smile and not trying to help guests.I do feel quite disappointed this time and decided I would probably stay in Loma Resort again next time,Loma belong to same group as GreenPark,but the rooms are new than GreenPark and staffs are more friendly.price is even cheaper.I dont know why GreenPark cant improve their service on receiption.maybe they are popular with german guests and not welcome others.

Don't be conned by the pictures in the advert - the rooms are much smaller than they appear, especially the beds - small and narrow even for Asians!
And they have effectively NO internet access, unlike advertised. When we arrived, we were informed that the WIFI is not strong enough to reach any rooms. There is also no wired connection in the rooms. There is only one PC with internet connection near the Reception, but you have to pay by buying an access card (and here's another brilliant con) costing 150 baht for 24 hours of use, BUT, when you ask to buy one, the staff will smile sweetly at you and inform you that they have only 450 baht cards which you can use for 7 days...which is actually cheaper, the staff says, even though you inform her that you will be only 3 days there! Please don't think that this was a coincidence, I was there 3 days, and everyday I asked and they had not stocked up on the 150 baht card.
The buffet breakfast is lousy; generally similar for all the food served. And considering the prices they are charging for the room, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. For the same price you will get better facility, friendlier service, tastier food and more convenient location.
