The keys could be changed to key...

The keys could be changed to key cards instead of the conventional keys. The staff could be trained on basic english to avoid communication breakdown.

The rooms of Jomtien Palm Beach are...

The rooms of Jomtien Palm Beach are pretty much OK, at least the more expensive ones, and there is lots of activities available. However, the "Internet Cafe & Business Center" is a sad joke. Very pricey at 90B/15 min one would expect something decent but when I turned the computer on, I was first notified that the virus protection software licence has expired over half a year ago and Windows has 15 security updates to install. I wish I had brought my laptop.

Hotel perfectly located at Jomtien Beach. Strongly...

Hotel perfectly located at Jomtien Beach. Strongly frequented by Japanese and Chinese Groups. Comfortable rooms of good size. Facilities (Spa, Swimming Pool, shops, Bowling) Internet hot spot in Reception area but no highspeed access in rooms. Hotel is worth the price.

The room is not too bad but...

The room is not too bad but while We stayed there,the television was not working no matter how much we tryed to notified hotel staff nothing had been done.Very convenience location but during breakfast We found it was so busy and the restaurant staff was not so friendly may be they were too busy .We will stay there again if they can rectify the problem.
