The hotel is located in a very quiet sidestreet away from the very noisy areas. The garden and the pool are beautyfull and the staff is friendly and helpfull except one employee who was checking us out who was quite unfriendly.
The rooms are clean and are furnished with everything you need. Some smaller things could have been better maintained ( the telephone did not work, the chairs were a bit broken, the toilet flush was running the howl time- which was repaired after we complained)
What we did not like was the fact that all these alone travelling men were allowed to bring the prostitutes in the hotel. These men behave sometimmes quite rude and they are worse if they are in company of these girls. We felt pitty for the girls and for howl of Pattaya because the sex tourisme whith these noisy bars really destroy the charme which Thailand is known for.
We can recommend Loma Hotel but we cannot recommend Pattaya for a holiday in Thailand!

This a modest hotel with really cheap rates via voyagenow. Reception desk doing very helpful to their guests. Rooms and AC in good performance, likewise the breakfast.
But regarding the location rather far from any public transportation, you should rent a car like I did.
My family and I enjoy very much in Loma (or actually Roma?)Hotel in Pattaya.

Excellent locale away from noisy areas, yet close to 7-11's. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Will book same next year..Good for family.
