At first we were offered to a room which is the closet to the reservation building which the view from the window is just very bad that gave us the as the other back of the buildings view only. If my memory is not wrong, the room no. is 2107 or 2103. When I asked for a room change i got the room 2217 which is a lot better and enjoyed staying there. The facilities in the room are to our satisfaction, and looking forward to stay again there next month.

We've stayed here five times because it is a close drive from our home in Bangkok and it is so private. That's what we like the most. The beach area isn't littered with people trying to sell you things. It is our favorite place to stay in Thailand.

This is our family's second time staying at the Pinnacle it has been upgraded and we were very impressed with the changes. It has two lovely swimming pools and is located on a very nice strip of the beach. Pattaya has a bad reputation for the prostitutions but this area is away from all that.

It was great and the shuttle system was the best clean room and great staff i am looking forward to my stay in December.
Give the bungalows a miss if you...
Give the bungalows a miss if you expect air-conditioning. Lost 4.5 hours moving from one bungalow to another with faulty air-cons when finally our family of four gave up and settled for two standard rooms.
Guess what! one of the standard rooms also had a defective air-con. Surely you can find better places.

I have been in the Pinnacle Jomtien Resort & Spa Hotel five times, because I like the atmosphere of this quiet and peaceful hotel. Sorry, but the new management is not so good as the Thai management before. Perhaps a german Hotel manager and an austrial "Guest Relation" Girl should learn from the the famous Thai hospitality. Any Way, I will come back.

Le Pinnacle Jomtien Resort & Spa in Pattaya est situé dans un cadre enchanteur. Toutefois, je le déconseillerais aux familles. Il y a en effet 80% de retraités Allemands qui n'apprécient guère les enfants. C'est un peu dommage.
Quite an old hotel - I'm surprised...
Quite an old hotel - I'm surprised it's 4-star in some on-line booking websites. Looks like 2-star maintenance & service. There're some ants on the bed. Staff are not enthusiastic - they did not help carrying the luggage when we request a change of room. 2 swimming pools but one of them is not usable. Location is poor - 20min driving distance to the Pattaya city. Hotel only provides hourly shuttle bus service (with charge) to/from the Mike dept store - no stop at the public bus terminal to bangkok/airport). Lastest one back to hotel at 10:30pm.

Very nice resort! Unlike hotels in Pattaya and Jomtien,
this resort has clean beach and beautiful garden.
The food is also very good!
And the resort facility was more than my expectation.
If I get a chance to go to Pattaya again, I will definitely stay in this resort.
