We enjoyed our stay in Sunshine Hotel....
We enjoyed our stay in Sunshine Hotel. We had been at Pattaya three times but this was the first time in this hotel.
We knew that hotel´s location is not so quiet because Soi 8 is full of bars. So if you´re sensitive to noises I would not recommend this to you. This didn´t disturb us.
Room was always clean and cleaning ladies were friendly.
There is something I want to say about the pool areas... There were showers only in the toilets and I didn´t see anyone using those. So that wasn´t so nice.
Altogether we were happy that we choose that hotel: affordable and good.
the room i stayed in was scrungy...
the room i stayed in was scrungy and it stunk and the air con was loud. and the hotel is situated in a scrungy soi full of bars and drunks. so yeah, if this is your thing then this hotel (or 'hole') is perfect for you. the only advantage is that its central, thats about it.

My 2nd stay at the Sunshine and once again overall a very pleasant experience, excellant location for the fun of Pattaya, polite staff and value for money
Hotel is good for budget traveller but...
Hotel is good for budget traveller but I don't recommend this for families especially those who plan to bring their kids along. It may only good for couples. Room is so small and dark. Not so new hotel.

I would not stay in this hotel again. Our Group of friends opt for a standard room. The room was very pack and small and unplesant smell inside. Was quite uncomfortable. The plus point is its receptionist service which is very good. They really need improvement in the hotel room.

Was ok! Only thing I did not like was the way the front desk personnel talked to my girlfreind - they automatically assumed my girlfriend was a bar girl...which offended her!! even after we checked in together and they knew the room was booked 2 adults from the first day.
