The Sunshine and Residences hotel is an excellent value for money. Nicely located, absolutely not affected by noise from the pubs (I am referring to the new wing, not sure about the old wing).

While the hotel rooms are reasonably clean, and the hotel staff is relevatively friendly, the breakfast (just a mini-size set breakfast!) is a joke for a hotel of this class where mostly falang stay. Also the hotel was very inflexibel regarding late check-out time.

The Sunshine and Residences is a good 2* hotel with rooms that vary from tiny to average size. No complaints but the front desk staff are a bit grumpy!

I wanted a sea view but got a standard. The Sunshine and Residences in Pattaya room was big and clean. The front desk was not very friendly at all. House keeping got my laundry done in half a day though. Basically good value but not so good service.
